1Auto Feeder + Leading Edge Feeder

1) Auto feeder

◎ Motorized front stop board gap synchronized adjustment and left and right movement

◎ Motorized operation and transmission side stop board movement.

◎ Two groups of front guide pull roll. One is upper roller made from abrasion resistance rubber. The layer inside hardness 20 0A and outside 28 0A. Shaft head and rubber roll can be dismantled separately and it is not necessary to dismantle gear box to change rubber roller. The lower roller is hard chromed.

◎ Motorized machine unit open and close has torque limit device.

◎ Air volume of vacuum air sucking auxiliary feeding system can micro adjust

2Vaccum Dust Remover For Feeding

1) Double rows of brush.

2) Removing dust and powder by high pressure air blower.

3. Printing unit (with vacuum bottom sucking)

1) Printing Roller.

◎ Outer Diameter of printing roller : Φ317.52 mm (including plate thickness).

◎ Printing Roller (with printing plate) phase can be motorized operated or adjusted at degree 360 clockwise or anti-clockwise. It can be operated under running or stop conditions.

◎ Printing Roll is precisely grinded with hard chromed treatment and dynamic balance test.

◎ Printing roller can be micro adjusted for cross movement within left and right distance limit: 12.5mm. The effective limit: 25mm.

◎ Auto zero adjust for printing unit.

◎ Motor-operated electric foot pedal to assist manual installation plate and rotate printing roll.

◎ Gap micro adjust between pressure roller and printing plate roller.

2) Ink roller.

◎ Ceramic anilox roller.

◎ Outer diameter of ink roller : Φ193.49mm.

◎ The material of ink roll is S45C. Coated with ceramic layer outside. The dot line number (Note: When the dot line

number is more than 280 lines, the ink volume is low. When kraft paper is used for printing, it can only print precise dot printing, the background or thick line printing may lead to appear white dot )

◎ Ink plate is adjusted through down air pressure action. When the air is not supplied and the safety device is automatically started. The centre of transmission gear has no change.

◎ Gap micro adjust between anilox roller and printing plate roller.

3) Meter rolerl (for ink volume adjust)

◎ Outside diameter: Φ193.49mm, material: Steel tube coated with abrasion-proof rubber.

◎ Micro-adjust of meter roller has meter. The gap parameter can be seen directly.

4) Ink supply.

◎ Auto sense ink volume system has caution light and alarm.

◎ Ink pump is air pressure type with single dissepiment film. It has filter and ink cycling system to cycle and collect seeper inside pump and tube

◎ Sealed protect cover and cycling ink groove equipment, easy cleaning and link proof device.

◎ The printing unit has remained ink collecting device. 90% of remained ink on the roller or ink hose can be collected to save much production cost.

◎ Printing roller has high pressure water pipe to spray and wash ink groove. The inside of ink groove has non-sticky coating layer to guarantee complete washing.

5)Vaccum transfer for printing unit. (bottom sucking)

◎ Conveying device consists of one conveying box with groups of rolling wheels and strong air vacuum sucking transfer system. The paper board are sucked on the wheels stably and transferred by them. The printing area on the paperboard can be avoided being scratched without pressing pull rolls. Dryer can be installed to dry ink immediately.

◎ Sucking and exhausting air device and tube.

◎ The pressure between rolling wheel conveying box and printing plate cylinder can be motorized adjusted.

4. Slotting unit (with vacuum bottom sucking )

1) Slotting unit has 360°phase electric running adjust.

◎ Front and back knife position to adjust box cover position when moving reelingly and synchronously.

◎ Auto zero adjust of front slotting knife rotating movement. The cross movement of continuous moving holder.

◎ Cycling independent movement of back slotting knife to adjust box height.

2) Standard slotting knife thickness: 7.5mm

3) Creasing wheel is designed for flating creasing line, micro adjust for creasing gap.

4) The upper continuous movement type slotting holder and shaft. One group contains five holders: The upper slotting holder outer diameter: Φ317.52 mm. The upper creasing holder coated with abrasion-proof rubber outside.

5) The lower continuous movement type slotting holder and shaft. One group contains five holders: The lower slotting holder outer diameter: Φ272.87 mm. The lower shaft outer diameter: Φ150 mm, Tempered and hard chromeplated treatment.

6) One group guiding sheet wheel (Upper/lower pulling wheel) with tempered and hard chromeplated treatment. The upper pulling wheel has pull ring: Φ119.07 mm/ wheel shaft: Φ70 mm, the lower pulling wheel: Φ119.07 mm.

7) T shape corner knife thickness: 7mm.

8) Creasing and continuous moving holder has meter and safe gap control device. The holder can cross move synchronously.

9) Slotting upper and lower knife wheel group gap can be micro-adjusted under cutting conditions of corner knife group.

10) Four shaft design. Pre-pressing and creasing adjusted independently.

11) Electromagnetism brake

12) Copper wearing compensation device for longer life.

13) Inching control for who machine to change knife easily. Electric control to avoid knives being knocked.
